Houston: Sex Pistols (feat. Frank Carter) at House of Blues Houston

Formed in London in 1975, the Sex Pistols became the defining face of the UK punk explosion almost overnight, built around Johnny Rotten’s snarling vocals, Steve Jones’s raw guitar attack, and a single studio album — 1977’s “Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols” — that remains one of the most influential rock records ever made. Songs like “Anarchy in the U.K.” and “God Save the Queen” turned the band into a genuine cultural flashpoint in Britain, and their confrontational, anti-establishment attitude shaped virtually every punk and hardcore band that followed.
