About Sons of Legion
Sons of Legion, often shortened to SØL, came together through a chance meeting between two musicians from opposite coasts who decided to make music as a pair. Now based in Nashville, the duo blends the grit of country and rock with the deeper pull of blues and classic soul, a sound that lands somewhere between Southern rock swagger and old-school R&B vocal power.
The band’s songs have found a big audience outside the usual club circuit. Tracks like “Brand New Day,” “Power,” and “Firestarter” have been used in ESPN broadcasts, Dodge Ram commercials, Netflix productions, and NBC programming, and the group now draws close to 1.8 million monthly listeners on Spotify. The Soul to SØL tour has been on the road since February, running through the U.S. and Canada with festival stops along the way before wrapping in late October.
