Olivia O'Brien Dallas Concert

Olivia O’Brien Dallas Concert at the Kessler Theater

Olivia O’Brien Dallas concert plans are set for Wednesday, November 11, as the pop singer-songwriter returns to the Kessler Theater in Oak Cliff. O’Brien writes candid, diary-like songs about heartbreak, anxiety and growing up. Because her lyrics feel so personal, her fans tend to sing every word right back to her.

She first broke through as a teenager on “i hate u, i love u,” her 2016 collaboration with gnash. The song became a multi-platinum hit and reached the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100. Since then, she has built a solo career with releases such as her debut album Was It Even Real? In addition, she has kept growing her audience through streaming and social media. As a result, her live shows draw a passionate, young crowd.

About the Kessler Theater

Few Dallas venues carry as much history as the Kessler Theater on West Davis Street. The Art Deco movie house opened in the early 1940s, and Gene Autry was once a part owner. Because of a careful restoration, it reopened as a concert hall in 2010. As a result, touring artists now praise its warm sound and attentive crowds.
