San Antonio: Trans-Siberian Orchestra at Frost Bank Center (7:30 PM Show)

Trans-Siberian Orchestra returns to Frost Bank Center in San Antonio for a 7:30 p.m. evening show on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2026, with tickets starting at $63. For many San Antonio families, a night out at TSO’s holiday production is as much a seasonal ritual as the River Walk lights.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra was created by producer and composer Paul O’Neill along with Robert Kinkel and Jon Oliva of the metal band Savatage, blending rock, classical music and holiday storytelling. The group’s breakout came with “Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24,” and its Christmas trilogy of “Christmas Eve and Other Stories,” “The Christmas Attic” and “The Lost Christmas Eve” has sold millions of copies. “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve” also aired as a television special in 1999.
The 2026 winter tour marks TSO’s 30th anniversary with a fresh, reimagined production of “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve,” followed by a high-energy second set of the group’s best-known pieces. The tour covers more than 50 cities from Nov. 19 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Dec. 30 in St. Louis, and San Antonio hosts two performances on Dec. 12, with this evening show following a 3 p.m. matinee.
The show itself is a full arena spectacle, combining a rock band, vocalists and a string section with lasers, pyrotechnics and towering lighting rigs. For years TSO has run two touring companies at the same time to keep up with demand, which has made it one of the highest-grossing tours of every holiday season. Founder Paul O’Neill died in 2017, and the group continues to tour in his memory. The arena has hosted plenty of big rock this year, including RUSH in September.
Doors typically open about 90 minutes before showtime. Frost Bank Center offers paid parking in the lots surrounding the arena. Because the matinee lets out earlier in the day, expect turnover in the lots and plan to arrive early for a smooth start.
