Austin: Ty Myers at Moody Center

Ty Myers brings The Legal Tour to Moody Center in Austin on Friday, Nov. 20, 2026, at 7:30 PM, with tickets starting at $71. Brent Cobb and Benny G open the show, which is a homecoming of sorts for the teenage country singer, who has deep Austin-area roots.
Myers grew up on a family cattle ranch in Central Texas . His mix of country, blues, rock and soul, built on a rough, older-than-his-years voice, caught on fast online. His 2025 debut album, “The Select,” went gold, and its headlining tour sold out 73 dates, a remarkable start for a teenage artist.
At 18, Myers has already opened Luke Combs’ stadium tour, made his Stagecoach debut and been chosen for Spotify’s Radar program for emerging artists. His sophomore album, “Heavy on the Soul,” came out in March 2026, and The Legal Tour, runs 33 dates from June to November, including a stop at Red Rocks. Austin is the second-to-last show, followed by Dickies Arena in Fort Worth the next night.

Brent Cobb, the Georgia songwriter behind “Shine On Rainy Day” and “Keep ‘Em on They Toes,” brings his laid-back Southern country to select dates, and Benny G opens every night of the tour. Moody Center opened on the University of Texas campus in 2022 and has become one of the busiest arenas in the state. See more shows on the Moody Center venue page on Texas Music Map.
Doors typically open about 90 minutes before showtime. Moody Center is at 2001 Robert Dedman Drive on the UT campus. Parking nearby is limited, so rideshare or walking from downtown is often easiest. With two openers, arrive early to catch the full bill. A Friday night arena show this close to home should draw a loud, hometown-proud crowd ready to sing every word.
