Houston: UB40 at House of Blues

UB40 brings The Unstoppable Tour to the Music Hall at House of Blues Houston on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with tickets starting at $109. The Grammy-nominated British reggae band is on its fifth straight year of North American touring, and Houston follows a Nov. 6 stop at House of Blues Dallas.
UB40 formed in Birmingham, England, in 1978 and took its name from the British unemployment benefit form of the time. The band’s blend of reggae, pop and social commentary made them one of the best-selling acts of the 1980s and ’90s. Their cover of Neil Diamond’s “Red Red Wine” topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 1988, and their reggae take on “(I Can’t Help) Falling in Love With You” spent seven weeks at No. 1 in the U.S. in 1993.
Founding member Robin Campbell still leads the band, and the setlist leans on the hits fans know by heart: “Kingston Town,” “Here I Am (Come and Take Me),” “Cherry Oh Baby,” “One in Ten” and “Food for Thought.” The band announced a new studio album for 2026, so expect a few new songs mixed in with the classics. The Unstoppable Tour runs 40 shows across the U.S. and Canada through mid-November.
