The 6,000-square-foot venue features a high-pitched tin roof, open-air side flaps, a front bar, and a modest stage at the rear. Vintage advertisements from the 1930s and 1940s still adorn the walls, and the original wooden dance floor continues to welcome dancers nightly . This preservation offers visitors an authentic glimpse into the past.

Beyond music, the legendary dance hall has long served as a communal gathering spot. In its early years, it hosted a variety of events, including polka dances, Saengerfests (German singing festivals), high school graduations, and even political elections.
