Austin: Los Lonely Boys at Antone’s Nightclub
February 20 @ 8:00 pm

Los Lonely Boys, the Grammy-winning “Texican Rock n’ Roll” trio, are headed back to Antone’s in Austin. The three brothers from San Angelo — Henry, Jojo, and Ringo Garza — dust off the usual rock-and-roll rulebook and sprinkle in some Texas blues, brown-eyed soul, country sweetness, and a dash of Tejano spice.Los Lonely Boys dropped their latest album in 2024 called Resurrection — their first full-length in about 11 years. The Lead single “Wish You Would” brings back their signature blend of soul-soaked rock, Tex-Mex flair, and heartstring-tugging lyrics. The band has talked openly about how this record feels like true resurrection — not just a new album, but a rebirth of their sound and brotherhood. They shot to worldwide fame in 2004 with their double-platinum self-titled album and the Grammy-winning single “Heaven,” and over the years have released several albums and toured extensively while weathering personal and professional ups and downs.Los Lonely Boys have a deep catalog of great songs, including:
- “Señorita” — Sultry, sweet, and spicy enough to make you rethink your dance-floor moves.
- “More Than Love” — Romantic without being corny — real love talk from real brothers.
- “Nobody Else” — A blues-rock groove that sticks like barbeque sauce.
- “Crazy Dream” — Dreamy rhythms and that unmistakable “Texican Rock n’ Roll” vibe.
- “Staying With Me” — A heartfelt slow burn that’s perfect for late-night listens.
- “Diamonds” — Light, breezy and easy on the ears.
- “Velvet Sky” — Lounge-y melodies that feel like a sunset in song form.
- “Dime Mi Amor” — Latin-flavored magic to spice up any set list.
- “So Sensual” — A sultry groove that’s more tequila than sweet tea.
The brothers grew up steeped in music. Their dad, Enrique “Ringo” Garza Sr., was already a working conjunto musician in Texas, and young Henry, Jojo, and Ringo Jr. learned how to play backing him in clubs and dance halls around San Angelo while they were still kids, soaking up rhythm and harmony like sponges at a rain party.
As they hit their teens, the brothers found their own voice and band identity — even borrowing a song title from their dad’s catalog to name themselves Los Lonely Boys — and started gigging around town and beyond, eventually attracting attention from club owners and industry folks that set them on the road to Nashville and later the bigger Texas music scene.
