Dallas: Cameron Whitcomb at House of Blues
Cameron Whitcomb brings the Kingdom of Fear Tour to House of Blues Dallas on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with tickets starting at $104. Noah Rinker opens the show, the second-to-last date of the Canadian singer’s biggest U.S. headlining run, which wraps the next night at House of Blues Houston.
Whitcomb first drew national attention as a contestant on Season 20 of “American Idol” in 2022. Since then he has built a career in country and folk-rock, known for gritty vocals, raw, personal songwriting and high-energy live shows that feel closer to a rock concert than a typical country gig. In May 2026 he returned to the “Idol” stage as a featured guest, performing with finalist Brooks Rosser.
The tour takes its name from “Kingdom of Fear,” the single that became his breakout, and his catalog also includes “Hundred Mile High.” The run began Sept. 24 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville and has included stops at Atlanta’s Tabernacle, Tulsa’s Cain’s Ballroom, Los Angeles’s Wiltern and Austin’s Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater. Noah Rinker, NEP and Liam St. John open on different dates.

House of Blues Dallas sits in Victory Park near American Airlines Center, and its Music Hall, with a standing floor and balcony, suits a singer whose shows run on crowd energy. A Friday night before Halloween should make for a rowdy, costume-friendly crowd. See more shows on the House of Blues Dallas venue page on Texas Music Map.
Doors typically open an hour before showtime. House of Blues Dallas is at 2200 North Lamar Street, near DART’s Victory Station, with paid parking nearby. Arrive early to catch Noah Rinker’s opening set. With the tour ending the next night in Houston, this is one of the last chances to see Whitcomb on this run, and his live shows are known for building to a loud, cathartic finish.
