Jay Park, one of the most influential figures in Korean hip-hop and R&B, brings his tour to The Bomb Factory in Dallas on September 17, with support from LNGSHOT and tickets starting at $104.

The Seattle-born artist first rose to fame in South Korea as a member of the boy band 2PM before reinventing himself as a solo R&B and hip-hop artist, eventually founding the label AOMG and later H1GHR MUSIC — two of the most important independent labels in the K-hip hop scene. Over albums like “Worldwide” (2014), “Everything You Wanted” (2018), and his numerous mixtapes, Jay Park has built a catalog that blends smooth R&B vocals with hard-hitting trap and hip-hop production, while also mentoring a generation of Korean and Korean-American artists through his labels.

The Bomb Factory sits in the heart of Deep Ellum, one of Dallas’s most storied music neighborhoods, inside a cavernous converted warehouse that once housed an actual bomb-casing plant during World War II. Since reopening in 2015, the 4,300-capacity room has become one of North Texas’s premier mid-size venues, pairing raw industrial architecture with a modern sound system built for touring acts across every genre. Fans exploring Deep Ellum before a show can also check out The Bomb Factory’s own page on Texas Music Map for more on the venue’s history and upcoming calendar.

Jay Park’s influence extends well beyond his own discography — AOMG and H1GHR MUSIC have launched the careers of numerous artists in the Korean urban music scene, and his willingness to bridge Korean and American hip-hop scenes has made him a key bridge-building figure in K-hip hop’s global rise. Opener LNGSHOT brings additional hip-hop energy to round out the night.

Doors typically open around 7 PM for Bomb Factory shows. Given Jay Park’s dedicated fanbase, expect an enthusiastic, largely sold-out crowd, so early arrival is recommended for those wanting a spot near the stage.
