Founded in Orange County, California, in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four began performing in 1998 and quickly built a reputation as one of the best Beatles tributes in the world. The Los Angeles Times called it “The Best Beatles Show in the World,” and the band’s PBS special, filmed in 2012, won a regional Emmy Award.
The show moves chronologically through the Beatles’ career, recreating live performances with minimal dialogue and no pre-recorded tracks. Band members play keyboard parts live for songs like “Strawberry Fields Forever,” and the set runs from the mop-top hits of 1964 through the psychedelic and late-period songs, with a few post-breakup solo songs included. The group has held residencies at Disneyland and in Las Vegas and has played Liverpool’s Cavern Club more than 50 times.

The Majestic Theatre opened in 1921 on Elm Street as a vaudeville and movie palace and is the last survivor of downtown Dallas’s old Theatre Row.
