Fort Worth: Teddy Swims at Dickies Arena
Teddy Swims brings “The Ugly Tour” to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with tickets starting at $76. The fall arena run is the Atlanta-based singer’s biggest headlining tour yet, and Texas gets three dates in four nights.
Born Jaten Dimsdale in Conyers, Georgia, Teddy Swims built a following posting soul, R&B and country covers to YouTube before his own songs took off. His 2023 single “Lose Control” became one of the longest-running hits in Billboard Hot 100 history, eventually reaching No. 1, and it anchored his debut album “I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1).” He followed it with “Part 2” in 2025 and earned a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
Fort Worth closes out the Texas run on the Friday before Halloween, so expect a few costumes in the crowd. Dickies Arena opened in 2019 in the city’s Cultural District and quickly became one of North Texas’s favorite concert rooms, with steep seating that keeps every seat close to the stage. On stage, Swims is backed by his longtime band, Freak Freely, and his shows mix gospel-sized vocals with a loose, joking stage presence. Expect “Lose Control,” “The Door,” “Bad Dreams” and “What More Can I Say,” along with newer material such as “Mr. Know It All,” which he debuted at Coachella in 2026. If Friday doesn’t work, catch Teddy Swims at Toyota Center in Houston on Oct. 27 or Teddy Swims at Moody Center in Austin on Oct. 28.
Doors typically open about 90 minutes before showtime. Dickies Arena is at 1911 Montgomery Street, next to the Will Rogers Memorial Center, with paid parking in the Will Rogers garages. Friday nights in the Cultural District can be busy, so arrive early and allow time to park.
