San Antonio: Band of Horses at the Aztec Theatre

Band of Horses brings its Everything All the Time 20th Anniversary Tour to the Aztec Theatre in San Antonio on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026, at 8:00 PM, with tickets starting at $90. The band is performing its debut album in full, followed by a second set of fan favorites from across its catalog. The night before, the band plays Dallas; see our listing for Band of Horses at The Echo Lounge.
Singer Ben Bridwell formed Band of Horses in Seattle in 2004, and the band’s 2006 debut, “Everything All the Time,” released on Sub Pop, became one of the defining indie rock records of its decade. Its sweeping, reverb-soaked songs, especially “The Funeral” and “The Great Salt Lake,” turned up in films, TV shows and commercials for years, and “The Funeral” remains the band’s signature song.
The band followed with “Cease to Begin,” featuring “No One’s Gonna Love You,” and “Infinite Arms,” which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Music Album. For the anniversary, Sub Pop released an expanded edition of “Everything All the Time” in March 2026, with 19 tracks including the band’s 2005 tour EP, demos and rarities. This final leg runs from Portland down the West Coast and through Texas before closing with two nights in Charleston, South Carolina, where Bridwell now lives.

Texas gets four stops on this leg: Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Houston. The Aztec Theatre opened in 1926 near the San Antonio River and is known for its Mesoamerican-inspired design and giant chandelier, a dramatic backdrop for the big, echoing sound of these songs. See more shows on the Aztec Theatre venue page on Texas Music Map.
Doors typically open an hour before showtime. The Aztec Theatre is at 104 North St. Mary’s Street downtown, steps from the River Walk, with paid parking in nearby garages. With two full sets, plan for a long Saturday night.
