Immerse yourself in chimney‑swift riffs and soulful quivers that feel like a horn section stuffed in a pocket. His voice—part raspy gospel\, part gravel road confession—cuts through the din with persuasive swagger. \nWith The Fabulous Thunderbirds\, Kim churned out hits like Tuff Enuff and Wrap It Up\, bringing swamp‑blues sass to Top 40 airwaves. These barnstormers earned him a #10 hit and opened the blues floodgates in the 80s. \nIn June 2024\, The Fabulous Thunderbirds dropped Struck Down\, their first studio album in eight years.
