SUMMARY:Dallas: Hazlett at The Kessler Theater
DESCRIPTION:Hazlett Kessler Theater Show\nHazlett Kessler Theater tickets are on sale for Wednesday\, October 28. The Stockholm-based indie folk singer-songwriter brings his introspective sound to Oak Cliff. Hazlett is the stage name of Mitchell Hazlett Lewis. He was raised in Brisbane\, Australia\, before relocating to Sweden. He worked as a ghostwriter and bassist-for-hire before launching his own solo project. In 2017\, he released his debut EP\, Honey\, Where Is My Home. That record introduced the quietly personal songwriting style that still defines his music. \nHis studio albums Bloom Mountain\, released in 2023\, and last night you said you missed me\, released in 2025\, have built him an audience of roughly 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Because his songwriting leans so introspective\, Hazlett has spent the past year touring almost nonstop. As a result\, he has cemented himself as one of the more compelling singer-songwriters working today. The Kessler’s intimate room should be an ideal setting for his understated style. \nAbout the Kessler Theater\nThe Kessler Theater has anchored the Oak Cliff neighborhood since opening in 1942. The Art Deco building was once owned by singing cowboy Gene Autry. Since its restoration and reopening as a live music venue\, the Kessler Theater has built a reputation for pristine acoustics. Its intimate room puts fans close to the stage. As a result\, touring artists across genres consistently rank it among their favorite stops in Texas. \nShow Details & Tickets\nHazlett takes the stage at The Kessler Theater\, 1230 W Davis St in Dallas\, on Wednesday\, October 28\, 2026\, at 8:00 PM. Doors typically open about an hour before showtime. Tickets are available now through StubHub. \nGet Hazlett tickets on StubHub \nBuy Tickets \nBecause the Kessler books such a wide range of touring artists\, Oak Cliff residents rarely have to leave the neighborhood for a great show.
