SUMMARY:Dallas: Skillet at House of Blues
DESCRIPTION:Skillet brings its Comatose: 20 Years\, Still Screaming Tour to House of Blues Dallas on Thursday\, Nov. 5\, 2026\, at 6:00 PM\, with tickets starting at $135. The tour celebrates the 20th anniversary of “Comatose\,” the platinum-certified album that made the Memphis band one of the biggest names in Christian rock. \nFrontman John Cooper formed Skillet in Memphis in 1996\, and the band’s mix of hard rock\, symphonic strings and faith-driven lyrics built a huge following across both Christian and mainstream rock radio. “Comatose\,” released in 2006\, produced six No. 1 Christian Rock singles and three Top 40 Mainstream Rock hits\, including “Rebirthing\,” “Whispers in the Dark” and “The Last Night.” Its follow-up\, “Awake\,” added “Monster” and “Hero\,” two of the band’s best-known songs. \nBuy Tickets \nCooper has said the band will play a large portion of “Comatose” on this tour\, including some songs they have never performed live. Skillet also released the new single “Scream” in July 2026\, so fans may hear new material alongside the anniversary set. The tour runs from Sept. 30 to Nov. 10\, and Dallas is one of two Texas stops\, followed by The Aztec Theatre in San Antonio the next night. \nGet your Skillet tickets on TicketNetwork \nHouse of Blues Dallas sits in Victory Park near American Airlines Center and has hosted touring rock bands for years in its Music Hall\, a multi-level room with a standing floor and balcony. A club-sized show is a rare chance to see an arena-level rock band up close. See more shows on the House of Blues Dallas venue page on Texas Music Map. \nDoors typically open an hour before showtime. House of Blues Dallas is at 2200 North Lamar Street\, near DART’s Victory Station\, with paid parking nearby. The early 6 PM start means you should plan to arrive straight from work.

SUMMARY:Dallas: Streetlight Manifesto at House of Blues
DESCRIPTION:Streetlight Manifesto brings The Presence of the Past Tour to House of Blues Dallas on Friday\, Nov. 13\, 2026\, at 8:00 PM\, with tickets starting at $54. The New Jersey ska-punk band tours only occasionally\, and North Texas fans get their chance two nights before the San Antonio stop; see our listing for Streetlight Manifesto at the Aztec Theatre. \nSinger and guitarist Tomas Kalnoky formed Streetlight Manifesto in 2002 after leaving Catch 22\, the band whose 1998 album “Keasbey Nights” became a third-wave ska classic. Streetlight’s 2003 debut\, “Everything Goes Numb\,” set the template: fast\, complex songs built on a full horn section\, rapid-fire lyrics about doubt\, faith and survival\, and Kalnoky’s distinctive voice. “Somewhere in the Between” (2007) and “The Hands That Thieve” (2013) followed\, along with the “99 Songs of Revolution” covers series. \nBuy Tickets \nSongs like “We Will Fall Together\,” “A Better Place\, a Better Time\,” “Here’s to Life” and “Would You Be Impressed?” have kept the band’s following loyal and growing\, even through long breaks between albums and limited touring. Live\, the horn players and tight rhythm section turn the room into a nonstop skank pit\, and the crowd typically sings along to every word. \nGet your Streetlight Manifesto tickets on TicketNetwork \nHouse of Blues Dallas sits in Victory Park near American Airlines Center\, and its Music Hall has a large standing floor and balcony\, a good fit for a high-energy ska show. See more shows on the House of Blues Dallas venue page on Texas Music Map. \nDoors typically open an hour before showtime. House of Blues Dallas is at 2200 North Lamar Street\, near DART’s Victory Station\, with paid parking nearby. Expect a packed\, sweaty floor on a Friday night\, so dress light\, stay hydrated and arrive early for a spot near the stage.
