SUMMARY:Dallas: Paula Cole at The Kessler Theater
DESCRIPTION:Paula Cole Kessler Theater Concert in Dallas\nPaula Cole and the Kessler Theater share the spotlight on Friday\, November 6\, when the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter visits Oak Cliff. Cole grew up in Rockport\, Massachusetts\, and later studied at Berklee College of Music. Her soaring voice and piano-driven songs made her one of the defining artists of the late 1990s. \nHer 1996 album This Fire produced two huge hits. First\, “Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?” climbed the charts. Then “I Don’t Want to Wait” became famous as the theme song for the TV series Dawson’s Creek. As a result\, Cole won the Grammy for Best New Artist in 1998. In addition\, she became the first woman nominated on her own for the Grammy for Producer of the Year. She also toured with the groundbreaking Lilith Fair\, and she has kept releasing thoughtful albums ever since. \nAbout the Kessler Theater\nThe Kessler Theater first opened in Oak Cliff in the early 1940s\, and singing cowboy Gene Autry was once among its owners. After decades of decline\, the Art Deco building was restored and reopened as a live music venue in 2010. Since then\, it has become one of the most respected listening rooms in North Texas. In addition\, its intimate layout means nearly every seat feels close to the stage. \nShow Details & Tickets\nPaula Cole takes the stage at The Kessler Theater\, 1230 W Davis St in Dallas\, on Friday\, November 6\, 2026\, at 7:00 PM. Note the earlier 7:00 PM start time for this Paula Cole Kessler Theater show. \nPlan to arrive early\, since doors usually open about an hour before showtime. In addition\, the surrounding Bishop Arts area offers plenty of restaurants and bars for dinner before the music starts. Street parking fills up fast on busy nights\, so give yourself extra time. \nGet Paula Cole tickets on StubHub \nBuy Tickets \nLooking for more live music in Oak Cliff?
