SUMMARY:San Antonio: Trans-Siberian Orchestra at Frost Bank Center (7:30 PM Show)
DESCRIPTION:Trans-Siberian Orchestra returns to Frost Bank Center in San Antonio for a 7:30 p.m. evening show on Saturday\, Dec. 12\, 2026\, with tickets starting at $63. For many San Antonio families\, a night out at TSO’s holiday production is as much a seasonal ritual as the River Walk lights. \nTrans-Siberian Orchestra was created by producer and composer Paul O’Neill along with Robert Kinkel and Jon Oliva of the metal band Savatage\, blending rock\, classical music and holiday storytelling. The group’s breakout came with “Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24\,” and its Christmas trilogy of “Christmas Eve and Other Stories\,” “The Christmas Attic” and “The Lost Christmas Eve” has sold millions of copies. “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve” also aired as a television special in 1999. \nBuy Tickets \nThe 2026 winter tour marks TSO’s 30th anniversary with a fresh\, reimagined production of “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve\,” followed by a high-energy second set of the group’s best-known pieces. The tour covers more than 50 cities from Nov. 19 in Green Bay\, Wisconsin\, to Dec. 30 in St. Louis\, and San Antonio hosts two performances on Dec. 12\, with this evening show following a 3 p.m. matinee. \nGet your tickets on StubHub \nThe show itself is a full arena spectacle\, combining a rock band\, vocalists and a string section with lasers\, pyrotechnics and towering lighting rigs. For years TSO has run two touring companies at the same time to keep up with demand\, which has made it one of the highest-grossing tours of every holiday season. Founder Paul O’Neill died in 2017\, and the group continues to tour in his memory. The arena has hosted plenty of big rock this year\, including RUSH in September. \nDoors typically open about 90 minutes before showtime. Frost Bank Center offers paid parking in the lots surrounding the arena. Because the matinee lets out earlier in the day\, expect turnover in the lots and plan to arrive early for a smooth start.

SUMMARY:San Antonio: Silverada at Stable Hall
DESCRIPTION:Silverada closes out its year in San Antonio on Saturday\, Dec. 19\, 2026\, with an 8 PM show at Stable Hall at the Pearl. Tickets start at $88 on StubHub\, and with limited general admission inventory left\, Silverada in San Antonio is a good excuse to lock in holiday plans early. \nThe Austin band started out in 2007 as Mike and the Moonpies\, led by singer and songwriter Mike Harmeier. After years of marathon honky-tonk sets and nonstop touring\, they became one of the most respected acts in Texas country\, highlighted by 2019’s “Cheap Silver and Solid Country Gold\,” recorded at Abbey Road Studios with the London Symphony Orchestra. \nBuy Tickets \nStable Hall is one of San Antonio’s newest venues with one of its oldest backstories. The building went up in 1894 as a stable for the draft horses that delivered beer for Pearl Brewery\, and after three years of renovation it reopened as a 1\,000-capacity music hall in January 2024. With a mezzanine\, six bars\, and a room designed to feel like part theater and part Texas dance hall\, Stable Hall is a fitting home for Silverada in San Antonio. \nGet your Silverada tickets on StubHub \nThe band rebranded as Silverada in January 2024 and released a self-titled album that June\, keeping the sharp storytelling\, pedal steel\, and piano while pushing into harder rock. Earlier this fall they also play John T. Floore’s Country Store in Helotes — see every upcoming date on our Silverada Texas tour page. \nSilverada San Antonio Show Info\nStable Hall is at 307 Pearl Parkway\, surrounded by the Pearl’s restaurants and shops and a short walk from the northern end of the River Walk. Garage and surface parking are available nearby\, but December weekends at the Pearl get busy\, so give yourself extra time. Grab dinner at one of the Pearl restaurants beforehand and make a night of it before the band takes the stage.

SUMMARY:San Antonio: Spoon at Aztec Theatre
DESCRIPTION:Spoon plays the Aztec Theatre in San Antonio on Wednesday\, Dec. 30\, 2026\, at 8:00 PM\, with tickets starting at $87. The show is the middle date of the Austin band’s three-night Texas run to close out the year\, between the Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas on Dec. 29 and a New Year’s Eve hometown show at ACL Live in Austin. \nBritt Daniel and drummer Jim Eno formed Spoon in Austin in 1993\, and the band became one of the most acclaimed American rock bands of the 2000s. Albums like “Girls Can Tell\,” “Kill the Moonlight\,” “Gimme Fiction” and “Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga” were built on lean\, rhythmic grooves and Daniel’s raspy voice\, with songs such as “The Way We Get By\,” “I Turn My Camera On” and “The Underdog” becoming indie rock staples. \nBuy Tickets \nSpoon’s most recent album\, “Lucifer on the Sofa” (2022)\, returned to a rawer\, more live-sounding approach and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Album. In summer 2025 the band released “Chateau Blues” and “Guess I’m Fallin In Love\,” its first new music in three years\, and in 2026 it toured with New Zealand band The Beths. A year-end run through Texas has become a fitting way for the Austin band to celebrate at home. \nGet your Spoon tickets on TicketNetwork \nThe Aztec Theatre opened in 1926 near the San Antonio River and is known for its Mesoamerican-inspired design\, with carved columns\, murals and a giant chandelier. Restored in the 2000s\, it now hosts concerts of every genre\, and its size gives fans a closer look at a band that often plays much larger stages. See more shows on the Aztec Theatre venue page on Texas Music Map. \nDoors typically open an hour before showtime. The Aztec Theatre is at 104 North St. Mary’s Street downtown\, steps from the River Walk\, with paid parking in nearby garages. The holiday week brings crowds downtown\, so arrive early.

SUMMARY:San Antonio: Hilary Duff at Frost Bank Center
DESCRIPTION:Hilary Duff brings “the lucky me tour” to Frost Bank Center in San Antonio on Friday\, Nov. 5\, 2027\, with tickets starting at $63. Tegan and Sara are set to join as special guests on the tour’s November Texas dates\, making this a big night for fans of 2000s pop. \nDuff became a household name as the star of Disney Channel’s “Lizzie McGuire” from 2001 to 2004 and quickly turned that fame into a pop career. Her 2003 album “Metamorphosis” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 behind singles “So Yesterday” and “Come Clean\,” and she followed with hits like “Wake Up” and “With Love.” She later returned to music with 2015’s “Breathe In. Breathe Out.” while starring in TV Land’s “Younger” and Hulu’s “How I Met Your Father.” \nBuy Tickets \nIn February 2026 Duff released “luck… or something\,” her sixth studio album and her first in more than a decade\, and “the lucky me tour” marks her first full-scale global headline run in almost two decades. Strong demand led her to add 32 more dates across Europe\, Latin America and the U.S. stretching into 2027\, and San Antonio’s show is part of that newly added U.S. leg. \nGet your tickets on TicketNetwork \nDuff also played Texas in summer 2026; see our listing for Hilary Duff in Austin. Tegan and Sara\, the Canadian twin duo behind “Closer” and “Back in Your Head\,” make a fitting opening act for a crowd that grew up on 2000s pop and indie. Expect a mix of new songs and the early hits fans still know by heart. \nDoors typically open about 90 minutes before showtime. Frost Bank Center offers paid parking in the lots surrounding the arena. With an opening act on the bill and a Friday night crowd\, plan to arrive early to settle in before the show begins.
