SUMMARY:Dallas: Wade Forster at The Kessler Theater
DESCRIPTION:Wade Forster Kessler Theater Show\nWade Forster Kessler Theater tickets go on sale for Thursday\, September 24\, as the Australian country singer and former rodeo cowboy brings his outback storytelling to Oak Cliff. Forster grew up in Winton\, Queensland\, and only picked up a guitar after moving to Mount Isa\, releasing his debut single “Oneida” in July 2021. In January 2024\, he won the Toyota Star Maker Quest at the Tamworth Country Music Festival\, a major launching pad for Australian country artists. \nSince then\, Forster’s career has accelerated quickly. His debut album\, Gooseneck Party\, arrived in November 2025 and charted on the ARIA Australian Album Chart\, and in early 2026 he won Male Artist of the Year and Toyota New Talent of the Year at Australia’s Golden Guitar Awards. Because his sound blends country\, blues\, and folk influences rooted in the Americana tradition\, his August 2026 album The Aftermath has traveled well beyond Australia\, leading directly into this U.S. tour stop. \nAbout the Kessler Theater\nThe Kessler Theater has anchored the Oak Cliff neighborhood since opening in 1942\, and the Art Deco building was once owned by singing cowboy Gene Autry. Since its restoration and reopening as a live music venue\, the Kessler Theater has built a reputation for pristine acoustics and an intimate room that puts fans close to the stage. As a result\, touring artists across genres consistently rank it among their favorite stops in Texas. \nShow Details & Tickets\nWade Forster takes the stage at The Kessler Theater\, 1230 W Davis St in Dallas\, on Thursday\, September 24\, 2026\, at 8:00 PM. Doors typically open about an hour before showtime\, and tickets are available now through StubHub. \nGet Wade Forster tickets on StubHub \nBuy Tickets \nBecause the Kessler books such a wide range of touring artists\, Oak Cliff residents rarely have to leave the neighborhood for a great show.
