The Totally Tejano Hall of Fame & Museum is a dedicated cultural space honoring the history, pioneers, and legends of Tejano music. Tejano is a musical genre born from Mexican-American communities in Texas that blends conjunto, Tex-Mex, rock, country, and more into a uniquely Lone Star sound.
Opened in December 2025, this roughly 5,000-square-foot museum showcases memorabilia like awards, instruments, photos, iconic stage outfits, and exhibits telling the stories of Tejano icons such as Flaco Jiménez, Little Joe Hernández, Patsy Torres and many others.
Inside, visitors can wander through permanent and rotating exhibits that bring Tejano’s evolution to life, watch performances on loop from Totally Tejano Television, and learn about the genre’s roots dating back to the early 1900s. The space also includes an event hall for industry meetings and music events. There is a learning center with archival music and photos, partnerships with schools for educational tours, and even a production studio for podcasts and shows. All this makes it as much a community hub as a museum.
By placing music education, celebration, and cultural preservation at its core, the Totally Tejano Hall of Fame & Museum aims to make the vibrant legacy of Tejano music accessible and inspiring for future generations of Texans and fans from around the world.
