Sugar Land: NieR:Orchestra Concert at Smart Financial Centre

NieR:Orchestra Concert 12026 [YoRHa] comes to Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026, at 8:00 PM, with tickets starting at $152. The immersive symphonic show brings the music of the NieR video game series to the stage with a full orchestra and chorus, original vocalists and a new narrated story.
NieR began as a cult favorite and broke through worldwide with “NieR:Automata” in 2017, a philosophical action game about androids fighting on a ruined Earth. Its soundtrack, composed by Keiichi Okabe and his team at MONACA, became one of the most acclaimed game scores of its era, blending orchestral music, choir and haunting vocals sung in invented languages.
This tour, presented by Square Enix and AWR Music Productions, features original NieR vocalists Emi Evans and J’Nique Nicole with an orchestra and chorus conducted by Eric Roth. Between pieces, recorded narration tells a new story, the “Pearl Harbor Descent Operation,” a prequel to “NieR:Automata,” while visuals play on a giant screen. The 12026 [YoRHa] tour follows the earlier “12024 [the end of data]” concerts and runs from August 2026 into March 2027 across the U.S., Europe and Asia.

For fans, the chance to hear these scores live, with the original singers, is rare, and Houston-area players will not have to travel far. Smart Financial Centre opened in 2017 as Sugar Land’s 6,400-seat performing arts venue, and its theater-style layout suits a concert built around both orchestra and screen. See more shows on the Smart Financial Centre venue page on Texas Music Map.
Doors typically open about an hour before showtime. Smart Financial Centre is at 18111 Lexington Boulevard in Sugar Land, about 20 miles southwest of downtown Houston, with on-site parking. Arrive early to settle in, since the narration and music run as one continuous story.
