Randy Travis Longhorn Ballroom Show Celebrates Country Classics

Randy Travis Longhorn Ballroom tickets put fans inside one of Dallas’s most storied honky-tonks on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 8:00 PM. As a result, North Texas gets a night built around some of the most beloved songs in country music. In addition, the setting fits perfectly, since the ballroom has hosted country greats for decades.

Travis survived a near-fatal stroke in 2013, which severely limited his singing and speaking. Since then, vocalist James Dupré has toured singing Travis’s songs with his longtime road band. So, fans should expect a heartfelt celebration of the catalog rather than a typical solo set. Even so, the music remains the star, from “Forever and Ever, Amen” to “Diggin’ Up Bones.”

About Randy Travis

Born Randy Bruce Traywick in 1959, Travis broke through in the mid-1980s with Storms of Life. That album was certified triple-platinum by the RIAA. Afterward, he charted more than 50 singles on Billboard’s country chart, including 16 number ones. He has also won seven Grammy Awards. Moreover, critics often compare his rich baritone to Merle Haggard and George Jones. Learn more on the Randy Travis Wikipedia page.
