About Black Country, New Road

The band formed in Cambridge, England, in 2018. Their debut album, For the First Time, arrived in 2021 to wide acclaim. It reached No. 4 on the UK Albums Chart and earned a Mercury Prize nomination. However, singer Isaac Wood left just days before their 2022 album, Ants from Up There, came out. Even so, that record debuted at No. 3 in the UK. Since then, the remaining members have shared vocal duties and kept evolving. Read more on the band’s Wikipedia page.
